• Analyze incoming cases and build a comprehensive workbook to relay requests to issuers.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email with issuers.
• Validate issuer responses against the original request and close any gaps.
• Apply escalation criteria to forward unresolved issues promptly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with issuer contacts.
• Manage and prioritize high caseloads, especially during surge periods.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Triage, adjudicate, and elevate cases requiring advanced SME input.
