Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee insurance approvals, reauthorizations and reimbursement processes daily.
• Collaborate with RBMs, PALs, MSLs to communicate case status and approvals.
• Maintain case histories from hub, pharmacy, insurers, and care teams.
• Counsel patients on insurance options and financial assistance programs.
• Identify reimbursement trends and report weekly status changes.
• Coordinate enrollment efforts to ensure patient access to therapy.
• Report adverse events and product complaints via medical information channels.
