Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent in a health-related field or case management.
• Bachelor’s with 2+ years CM experience or equivalent.
• Associate’s with 6+ years CM experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma with 8+ years CM experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient access case management with insurance and reauthorizations.
• Collaborate with RBMs, PALs and MSLs to communicate on insurance status.
• Coordinate with hub, pharmacy and patient/family to gain therapy access.
• Report adverse events and product complaints to Safety/PV.
• Maintain comprehensive case histories and track reimbursement status.
• Triage and resolve reimbursement issues including denials and appeals.
• Advise physicians and patients on insurance and financial options.
• Attend patient meetings and industry events.
