Qualifications

• At least five years of legal assistant or comparable support experience.
• Two to three years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, case management, and legal documentation.
• Experience with a U.S.-based personal injury practice.
• Proficiency with Filevine and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Legal Assistants and provide coaching and development.
• Oversee pre-litigation and litigation workflows and milestones.
• Ensure work quality, accuracy, and adherence to firm procedures.
• Coordinate with attorneys and maintain high client service standards.
• Track KPIs and identify process improvements.
