Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong oral and written communication, and computer literacy.
• Organizational skills and clerical/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of Workers’ compensation claims under supervision.
• Collect and document data for claims per workflow.
• Process and facilitate treatment services per policy.
• Verify return-to-work status through routine communications.
• Report return-to-work dates in the claim management system.
• Maintain knowledge of workers’ compensation rules and Sedgwick policies.
