Job summary

Levelociti is seeking a Client Accounting Services Supervisor to lead a fully remote team serving diverse clients nationwide. You’ll oversee monthly, quarterly and annual accounting, review closings and financial statements, and mentor staff.

This role emphasizes proactive client communication, workflow improvement, and collaboration with tax and advisory teams. A CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred; strong QuickBooks Online expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a CPA, CAS, or outsourced environment.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, U.S. GAAP, month-end close and reporting.
• Experience reviewing accounting work and supervising staff.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and deadlines.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and payroll processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of clients.
• Review month-end close, GL activity, reconciliations and financial statements.
• Review work of bookkeepers and staff accountants, ensuring accurate client deliverables.
• Supervise, mentor and support development of accounting team members.
• Serve as a technical resource for complex accounting questions.
• Manage client relationships through proactive communication and reliable service.
• Oversee payroll processing and reconciliations, including payroll tax notices.
• Improve workflows, documentation and internal controls with tax/advisory teams.
