Job summary

Wipfli is seeking a CAS Advisory Manager to lead engagements for manufacturing clients, analyze financial data, and guide accounting/process improvements. You will mentor teams and coordinate US and offshore resources to ensure quality deliverables and strong client relationships.

The role is remote within the United States, offering exposure to diverse industries and high visibility projects guided by Christine Villicana and the recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to support client insights.
• Present completed reporting packages and findings to clients as directed.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models in alignment with client engagement terms.
• Provide technical accounting support to clients and their teams on complex issues.
• Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend actionable improvements.
• Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.
