ARS Logistics (Authorized Agent of Trinity Logistics) is hiring a Carrier Sourcing Representative for an outbound, phone-first role. You will build a carrier bench, manage target lanes, and secure capacity weeks ahead to support operations and sales.

Join a family-owned 3PL with 20+ years of history. This remote position offers a monthly salary range of $940–$1,150 plus incentives, with growth opportunities through a defined carrier team path and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in carrier sales or capacity sourcing in US 3PL
• Proven outbound phone volume: 60+ calls/day
• Working knowledge of DAT and/or Truckstop load boards and lane terminology
• Understanding of MC/DOT authority, certificates of insurance, safety ratings
• Clear, confident spoken and professional written English

Responsibilities

• Source capacity on assigned lanes through high-volume outbound calls and emails
• Build and maintain a carrier bench for target lanes with current lanes, equipment, and contacts
• Secure capacity and rate commitments weeks ahead and hand to operations for presell
• Identify capacity not shown on load boards from asset carriers and small fleets
• Vet new carriers for authority, insurance, safety, and red flags
• Collect carrier rate feedback for quotes and RFPs/RFQs to reflect real costs
• Maintain warm relationships with carriers and coordinate with operations and accounting
• Provide weekly reports on lanes covered, carriers added, and cost vs market
