Rlglobal is seeking a Carrier Sourcing Executive to source carriers for PTLS’s key lanes and optimize capacity with competitive rates and SLAs. You will build relationships with new and existing carriers, create routing guides, and collaborate with operator teams to ensure efficient throughput.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, negotiation, and data-driven carrier management, focusing on cost-effective solutions and high service levels across all lanes.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Logistics or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Source carriers for PTLS’s key lanes and awarded business.
• Proactively develop relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with carriers.
• Create routing guides and guide operator teams.
• Update carrier and shipment data in PTLS systems.
• Ensure rates are correctly reflected in the system.
• Onboard new carriers and maintain strong relationships.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
