Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Manager, Carrier Download to lead the enterprise carrier download strategy and data workflows across policies, billing, and claims. You will partner with operations, finance, technology, carriers, vendors, and agencies to enable scalable connectivity for AMS migrations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in insurance operations, preferably within a P&C setting.
• Deep understanding of Agency Management Systems, with Applied Epic experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of carrier download functionality, IVANS connectivity and data workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with operations, technology, finance, carriers, vendors, and agencies.
• Strong analytical, project management, process improvement, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise carrier download strategy across carriers, agencies, and business lines.
• Create and manage a multi-year roadmap aligned with AMS migrations and growth initiatives.
• Improve data quality through validation, reconciliation, exception management, and QA for downloaded data.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, carriers, and vendors to ensure scalable configurations and processes.
• Build reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for visibility into adoption and performance.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
