Qualifications

• One year of dental billing experience required; two years preferred.
• Proficient with CareStack practice management software and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage insurance claims to maximize reimbursement.
• Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with documentation.
• Post payments, process EFTs, and generate reports for offices.
• Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns.
• Ensure proper claim documentation with narratives, images, and chart notes.
