Peak Support is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Support Specialist to review caregiver onboarding and verify documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with Recruitment and other teams to keep the onboarding process on track.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in compliance, onboarding, or healthcare administration, with strong Excel skills and experience with HR systems. Remote work is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compliance support, onboarding, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HR/onboarding systems.

Responsibilities

• Review caregiver onboarding requirements to ensure licenses and documents are current.
• Verify licenses, certifications, background checks, and health clearances before approval.
• Identify missing or incomplete requirements and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain accurate caregiver compliance records.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and other teams to obtain outstanding items.
• Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed.
