Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking a Career Navigator to provide individualized career planning, case management, and employment services in the El Paso area. Some roles are onsite and some remote, with a preference for Borderplex residents.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and strong technology skills with Microsoft 365, electronic case management, and AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Credentials: Certified Workforce Development Professional preferred.
• Experience: Two years staffing or workforce experience.
• Skills/Abilities: Case management, customer engagement, documentation.
• Technology: Proficiency with workforce information systems, Microsoft 365, e-case management, virtual service tools, and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized career planning, case management, and employment services to job seekers.
• Conducts customer assessments and develops employment plans.
• Connects customers to employment, training, and support services.
• Maintains accurate case notes and documentation.
• Coordinates with employers and partners.
• Supports customer retention and follow-up.
