Job summary

Sevita is seeking a DSP for remote supports to assist up to 16 individuals in residential, facility, or natural home settings. The position may be full-time or part-time and works at a designated or approved site; this is not a work-from-home role.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect remote support using remote technology.
• Accurately document progress, activity, and billing as applicable.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers.
• Notify designated contacts of issues via email, text or phone.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and Sevita policies.
