Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per plans, including socialization, health maintenance, and daily living activities.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with money management and budgeting within the individual's preferences.
• Maintain relationships with individuals, families, and case managers.
• Follow health care directives and report incidents as required.
