Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of office/reception/telemarketing experience; telehealth support preferred.
• Strong verbal communication with members, customers, peers and superiors.
• Typing skills and proficient computer skills required.
• Ability to understand and interpret policy provisions; demonstrates empathy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for enrollment and member support.
• Document notes in patient charts; maintain timely and clear notes.
• Route messages to nurses and coordinate with providers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA; collect demographic and insurance information.
• Ensure attendance and timeliness; comply with Sagility policies.
