Job summary

One Call is seeking an internal case management support professional to ensure the best continuum of care for injured workers. This role collaborates with all business units to coordinate services efficiently and cost-effectively.

You will support the carrier in coordinating care until discharge by the physician, with emphasis on timely interventions, documentation, and patient advocacy. This is a remote-friendly role focusing on high-quality customer service and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of injury care processes and case coordination.
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills.
• Experience with healthcare provider coordination and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage work-related injuries by planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine patient needs and plan of care.
• Coordinate with carriers, providers and departments to ensure timely services and appropriate costs.
• Monitor case progress, document outcomes and advocate for needed services and entitlements.
