Job summary

Pennant Services in the United States is hiring a Product Manager to simplify EMR workflows used by clinicians and back-office staff across home health, hospice, home care and senior living. You will own product strategy, connect with engineering and design, and drive adoption that improves care delivery.

You will translate field needs into concrete requirements, measure outcomes, and help shape AI-enabled tools that reduce manual work and support operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience, ideally in healthcare or workflow-heavy SaaS.
• Hands-on with a home health or hospice EMR as user/administrator/partner.
• End-to-end product ownership across discovery, delivery and measurement.
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations and data with engineers.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and clear communication.
• Ability to lead across clinical, operational and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define outcomes and roadmaps; own backlog and write clear requirements.
• Slice work for releases with engineering and design to maximize value.
• Ensure intuitive UI/UX by partnering with design and user feedback.
• Measure results after launch and iterate based on data and field input.
• Engage vendors and determine build/buy/partner options with tradeoffs.
