Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) is seeking a Clinical Care Coordination Supervisor to oversee the UM team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff development in a home health setting. You will lead a team of Referral Coordinators across multiple health plans to ensure efficient utilization management and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have a BSN or healthcare admin degree, 3–5 years in UM or case management, and at least 2 years of leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in utilization management or case management in healthcare.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, NCQA, URAC regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily UM team operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance, staff development, and cost-effective care coordination.
• Lead Referral Coordinators across health plans and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate accurate claims processing with plan case managers and payers.
