Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Care Coordination Supervisor to lead the long-term care management team overseeing a remote caseload with required travel across a southwest and south-central Iowa territory. You will supervise day-to-day escalations, ensure compliance, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership on complex cases.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience, with Iowa-specific considerations including RN option.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
• For Iowa: Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years of experience with populations served, or RN with 6+ years of experience.
• Equivalent experience through relevant duties and scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures long-term care management documentation compliance with federal/state regulations and contracts.
• Assigns caseloads and work to team based on state requirements and member needs.
• Guides junior team members on escalated and complex cases and member concerns.
• Educates team on initiatives and outreach to facilitate communication with members and providers.
• Evaluates team performance and provides feedback on goals and career milestones.
• Provides coaching to improve member and provider experience and care delivery quality.
• Assists with onboarding, hiring, and training of team members.
• Leads change within scope of responsibility.
• Performs other duties and complies with policies.
