This remote role coordinates medical care, communicates with providers, employers, and adjusters, and helps advance return-to-work within workers' compensation guidelines.

The position requires a practical nursing credential (LPN/LVN) with compact license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Must have RN-supervised coordination experience for workers' comp cases.
• Licensed practical/vocational nurse with compact licensure.
• Strong documentation and confidentiality practices (HIPAA).
• Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems.
• Two+ years of clinical experience required; workers' comp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine medical care for injured workers under protocols.
• Facilitate communication among workers, providers, employers and adjusters.
• Document clinical information and track case progress in WC system.
• Schedule appointments and diagnostics; support return-to-work efforts.
• Maintain accurate case notes and support RN supervision when needed.
