• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs in alignment with partner and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs including workflow, scheduling and defect tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with stakeholders to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide high-touch partnership support and manage external partner relationships.
