Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of programs, including workflow, scheduling and defect tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects across operations.
• Build and maintain strong external partnerships; manage escalated issues via phone, text, chat, and email.
• Lead project management efforts using G-suite, Jira and data tools to report on milestones and outcomes.
