The role emphasizes regulatory adherence, program delivery, and cross-functional leadership across operations and partnerships. You'll oversee workflow optimization, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, leveraging tools like Looker, JIRA, and G‑Suite to build actionable reports and ensure a five-star patient

• Ability to manage programs end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of programs including workflow, scheduling, and defect tracking.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies.
• Develop rubrics and monitoring to maintain high quality and patient safety.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with partners to achieve objectives.
• Provide high-touch partnership support and report insights using Looker/JIRA/G‑Suite.
