Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through its Shockwave Medical division, seeks a Medical Education Manager to develop and execute physician education and KOL relations globally. The role is fully remote and can sit anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the Senior Director of Professional Education and collaborating with field teams.

Responsibilities include designing curricula for CME and non-CME content, managing events and speaker programs, ensuring compliance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of therapies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years in education, training, sales or marketing in med-tech.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills across management levels.
• Experience with physician education and KOL relations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Shockwave Medical-managed HCP programs.
• Maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals in therapeutic focus areas.
• Oversee events, speakers, curriculum approvals, and compliance.
• Create education objectives and curricula for CME and non-CME content.
• Coach physicians for presentations and manage speaker relations and slides.
