Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to join our expanding commercial organization. This role supports launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, targeting rare and high-need cardiovascular conditions.

You will drive prescriber activation, navigate IDNs and complex health systems, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to achieve durable utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years pharma sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies with access navigation.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch goals.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education to prescribers and differentiate Arrowhead therapies.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services for execution.
• Maintain compliant CRM activity and optimize territory engagement; travel ~30%.
