Jobgether SRL seeks a Patient Communication Specialist in the United States for a full-time remote position. You will support patients and cardiology teams within a technology-enabled cardiac monitoring environment, ensuring connectivity and timely communication across care teams.

The role blends compassionate customer service with scheduling, data entry, and technical troubleshooting. Cardiology knowledge is preferred; remote work requires reliable internet and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college/technical degree or healthcare certification preferred.
Basic knowledge of cardiology required; cardiology/remote monitoring experience valued.
Strong communication skills with patients and colleagues in written and verbal forms.
Experience navigating multiple web-based systems and maintaining data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered customer service with empathy and professionalism.
Document communications with patients accurately and promptly.
Help patients connect with home monitoring equipment and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor databases for patients with connectivity gaps and follow up proactively.
Schedule appointments and issue reminders across multiple systems.
