Job summary

Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) seeks a Tampa-based area leader to oversee cardiology practices with full accountability for $30–$50MM P&L. You’ll provide strategic and tactical guidance to practice leadership to achieve efficient, growth-oriented, profitable operations focused on quality patient care.

Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, monitoring performance, and aligning with physician and executive leadership on competitive strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years as a supervisor/leader in operations; 2+ years in multistate environments.
• Solid experience partnering with physician partners in an integrated network.

Responsibilities

• Own profit and loss accountability for all clinics within the assigned region.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor monthly variances.
• Analyze KPIs including provider productivity and patient volumes.
• Lead growth initiatives and strategic operating plans for assigned practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and healthcare laws.
