Job summary

Premier Cardiovascular Consultants is seeking a Cardiology Practice Administrator to lead and elevate clinical operations across six cardiology offices in the Metro Detroit area. This full-time leadership role collaborates with the Owner Physician, Director of Operations, and Executive Administrator to drive strategic initiatives, improve scheduling, patient access, and insurance workflows, and sustain a patient-centered culture.

Bachelor’s in Business/Healthcare is required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years executive/senior leadership managing multi-location operations.
• Bachelor’s (Business/Healthcare) required; MBA preferred.
• Healthcare or service operations experience, cardiology experience not required.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communicator with team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate clinical operations across multiple sites.
• Oversee remote and on-site teams.
• Collaborate with Owner Physician, Director of Operations, and Executive Administrator.
• Participate in strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and process improvement.
• Support referral growth, schedule optimization, and patient access.
• Manage insurance verification, predeterminations, and procedure coordination.
• Drive patient-centric operations in diagnostic testing and clinical workflows.
