Job summary

Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA) seeks a Phoenix-area leader to oversee several cardiology practices with full operational responsibility and P&L of about $30-$50MM. The role requires strategic and tactical leadership to drive efficient, growth-oriented, and high-quality patient care.

You will identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, partner with physicians and executives to align with CVAUSA's mission, and ensure best practices, financial discipline, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervising/leading operations across multiple states.
• Experience partnering with physicians in an integrated network.

Responsibilities

• Lead several cardiology practices with full ops oversight and P&L accountability.
• Develop and execute strategic operating plans for assigned practices.
• Monitor KPIs, drive growth, and ensure quality patient care.
