Job summary

Synthires is seeking board-certified cardiologists to evaluate AI-driven healthcare models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and judge AI responses for accuracy, safety, and alignment with current standards of care.

Remotely engaged on a flexible, part-time basis, you will write structured rationales and help improve clinical rigor across cardiology AI applications. Candidates must be practicing in the United States with an active license and have at least one year of

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease through an ABMS member board or the AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after completing training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated cardiology responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
