Synthires, a leading AI lab, is seeking board-certified cardiologists to evaluate healthcare AI models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and compare AI-generated responses to clinical questions in cardiology, focusing on accuracy, safety, and adherence to standards of care.

Responsibilities include writing structured rationales, flagging errors, and helping improve AI alignment with current practice.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease (ABMS or AOA).
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Residency and fellowship training completed where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.

• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after completing training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of post-training clinical experience.
• Experience evaluating clinical information and applying evidence-based medical judgment.

Compensation

• $350 per hour.
