Job summary

Synthires, a leading AI lab, is seeking board-certified cardiologists to evaluate AI-generated cardiology responses and ensure clinical accuracy, safety, and alignment with current care standards. As a contractor, you will review de-identified charts and compare AI outputs.

You will write structured rationales, identify errors, and help improve model performance. Remote, part-time engagement with flexible hours is offered for physicians practicing in the United States.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease through ABMS or AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Residency and fellowship training completed where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated cardiology responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
