Cardiac Study Center is seeking a Remote Triage Clinic RN to provide timely nurse triage, educate patients, and coordinate follow-up care for cardiology patients. This remote role begins with initial onsite training in Olympia, WA and may require occasional travel or onsite attendance.

The position offers a per‑diem schedule with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Washington RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current BLS certification.
High attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Provide nurse triage by phone using protocols and decision tools.
Assess symptoms and determine urgency, escalating to providers as needed.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments and meds.
Review abnormal test results and coordinate follow-up care.
Document interactions in the EMR and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Serve as a liaison between providers and clinic staff.
Collaborate on policy and workflow to improve care delivery.
