Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington Registered Nurse license.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone triage to assess patient needs and respond to urgent and non-urgent inquiries.
• Develop and deliver individualized patient education on diagnosis, procedures, and treatments.
