Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Area Manager to drive commercial growth and customer engagement across Delhi & Rajasthan. This role follows a remote working style with extensive field interaction and about 50% travel to hospitals and healthcare institutions within the territory.

You will lead product education and procedural support for Cardiac Surgery therapies, collaborating with surgeons, perfusion teams and procurement to expand adoption and business success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales growth by executing account plans and expanding product adoption.
• Build and maintain clinical and commercial relationships with surgeons and stakeholders.
• Provide product education, technical support, and clinical expertise.
• Deliver procedural support during surgical cases and follow-up activities.
• Conduct product trainings and in-service programmes for customers.
• Partner with implant centers to increase utilization and progression toward self-sufficiency.
• Gather market intelligence and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and territory data in systems.
