Job summary

Abbott is seeking a field-based CRM Associate Clinical Specialist in the Washington, DC area to deliver engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. You will answer inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients and field staff, providing product knowledge and guidance.

The role emphasizes relationship building, training and collaboration with engineers, vendors and customers to meet goals, with travel up to 20% and remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field or healthcare experience.
• 0–2 years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Must be able to obtain CRM product certification.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, and pacing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, sales, educational and clinical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals and sales staff.
• Develop and facilitate CRM product training for healthcare professionals.
• Support CRM Sales Representatives as needed.
