Job summary

Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. The role interfaces with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff in a remote US setting.

You will build relationships, share product expertise, and lead training sessions while collaborating with engineers, vendors, and customers to solve complex clinical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational capabilities; able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products as needed.
• Develop and lead CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
