Abbott in Mobile, AL is seeking a field-based Cardiac RM Product Support Specialist. Based in Mobile, you will respond to inquiries from physicians and healthcare professionals, providing engineering, education, and clinical support for CRM products.

You will build strong customer relationships and assist CRM sales teams. The role requires biomedical engineering education and CRM knowledge, with opportunity for certification and professional growth within a global leader in cardiac rhythm

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certificate.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or pacing systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops, leads, and facilitates training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
