Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader, based in Lancaster, PA, seeking a field-based professional in Cardiac Rhythm Management. This role serves as the clinical interface between the medical community and the business, delivering engineering, sales, education, and clinical support across CRM products.

You will develop trainings for healthcare professionals, build strong customer relationships, and provide back‑up support to CRM Sales Representatives, leveraging deep product knowledge and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience is required.
• 0–2 years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification is required.
• Must be able to obtain CRM product certification.
• Strong knowledge of cardiology, electro‑physiology, or cardiac electro‑physiology procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries; demonstrates command of CRM products, related knowledge, trends, and players.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides backup support to CRM Sales Representatives.
