Abbott is seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist to provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational and clinical support. Based in Portland, OR, this field-based role supports physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff on CRM products.

The position requires a Biomedical Engineering degree, 2+ years experience, and CRM product certification capability, with strong communication and organizational skills; remote work option in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a certified cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology or electrophysiology.
• Familiarity with cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible customer relationships and share product knowledge.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develop and lead CRM product training sessions.
• Assist CRM Sales Representatives with back-up support.
