Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Professional Education Relations Specialist to lead remote professional education programs within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division. You will identify experts, manage faculty, and align initiatives with sales, marketing, and leadership to improve HCP engagement and program impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, education teams, and cross-functional partners, delivering high-quality education while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years CRM or MedTech experience.
• 3 years interacting with KOL physicians.
• Ability to communicate with external customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM device therapy and Abbott's CRM portfolio.
• Experience presenting to customers and negotiating with payers and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage KOLs for speaking engagements and training.
• Develop relationships with clinicians at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, physicians to gather inputs.
• Contribute to design and development of education strategies.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with US commercial organization.
• Maintain budget awareness and program impact evaluation.
• Maintain ethics and regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Support Education Manager and team during programs.
