Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with Leadless CRM products.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively.
• High-level of comfort in navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings.
• Proven ability to lead and influence customers; ability to guide course corrections.
• Ability to prepare and present written and verbal communications.
• Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures.
• Expert verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with common PC programs, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages strategic programs to educate healthcare providers on indications for products to maximize adoption of the leadless CRM portfolio.
• Provide clinical expertise for current and new customers.
• Influence procedure outcomes through presentations, data-driven analysis and deep product knowledge.
• Provide technical support per use instructions and trial protocols to ensure procedural consistency.
• Support site performance and safe growth of programs.
• Assist in education and training activities with physicians and Abbott staff.
• Stay updated on clinical data for leadless CRM products.
• Educate healthcare providers on indications and patient selection for therapy.
• Coordinate programs to expand market access and therapy adoption.
• Provide market intelligence to refine training and expansion plans.
• Oversee local education and training activities including simulation setup and staff in-services.
