Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Electrophysiology field or related roles.
• Familiarity with Abbott Electrophysiology Products is preferred.
• Experience supporting EP education programs and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, management, and execution of U.S. EP education programs.
• Develop physician and customer education strategies to differentiate Abbott's EP portfolio.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Commercial leadership.
• Oversee curriculum development, learning pathways, and training experiences.
• Monitor program metrics, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage faculty engagement, contracting, and ongoing relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and compliance.
• Direct meeting and event logistics, materials, and on-site support.
• Ensure educational technologies and resources align with learning objectives.
• Maintain documentation, participant records, and financial reporting.
