Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, legal, medical affairs, marketing, or professional education within life sciences.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance aspects of professional education activities and contracts.
• Oversee compliant engagement, contracting, and payment of physicians for education, training, and consulting activities.
• Manage budgets, proof of performance, and timely payments for physician engagements.
• Oversee tracking, documentation, transparency reporting, and transfers of value for physician payments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks related to professional education programs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance policies, SOPs, and internal controls related to physician engagements, payments, and programs.
