Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Territory Manager - Nashville North to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This field-based role will grow the Nashville North territory by building relationships with healthcare professionals and clinical stakeholders, expanding awareness and use of a specialized cardiac therapy solution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Compensation: $100,000 – $175,000 annually. The role combines consultative selling with clinical fluency and disciplined territory planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of medical equipment or healthcare sales experience.
• Cardiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell non-invasive wearable cardiac defibrillator systems to healthcare professionals.
• Provide clinical data supporting the risk of sudden cardiac death.
• Drive consistent utilization of the company’s products through sales and support activities.
• Achieve assigned sales objectives and maintain a business plan.
• Educate healthcare providers on ordering and billing requirements for the wearable cardiac device.
• Attend medical education programs and conventions.
• Analyze and report on trends within the territory.
