Job summary

Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts seeks a senior CAPPS analyst to provide expert functional support for CAPPS Purchasing (PO) and related CAPPS Financials modules. You will lead configuration, testing, and integrations, while coordinating across agencies and vendors to ensure policy alignment and timely deliveries.

The role requires extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, CAPPS modules, and strong SQL/SQR skills; remote work is supported with national scope across agencies.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with CAPPS Purchasing and CAPPS Financials in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQR/BI Publisher reporting.
• Experience coordinating with multi-agency environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPPS Financials functional design, configuration, and testing.
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and incident management.
• Coordinate with agencies for training and rollout of CAPPS modules.
• Monitor CAPPS PO batch jobs, schedules, and outputs.
