Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to lead end-to-end schedule development for major capital projects. This role involves collaborating with project teams across engineering, construction and cost engineering to deliver integrated schedules that support on-time execution and milestone achievement.

Based remotely in the US, with travel up to 25% and preference for Central or Eastern time zones, you will guide schedule structure, resource loading, and risk analyses while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and initiate changes quickly when needed.
• Able to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail, and coordination for project execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing and hierarchy.
• Establish and track schedule metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver status updates per plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and cost teams to track progress and earned value.
