Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to lead the end-to-end schedule development for major capital projects across multiple sites in the United States. You will collaborate with project teams and leadership to deliver integrated schedules that drive on-time, within-budget execution.

The role requires 7+ years in heavy industrial project scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6, and the ability to travel up to 25% to support site activities and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and adjust plans quickly.
• Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail, and coordination for project execution.
• Track resource loading and constraints; highlight critical path and risks.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per the management plan.
• Communicate schedule insights to inform decision-making with engineering, construction and cost teams.
