You will support planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while coordinating across engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, construction, or PM.
• Foundational understanding of project management elements (scope, schedule, cost, risk).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with capital project planning from concept to startup.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction.
• Track progress, identify risks, escalate issues.
• Help develop project scopes, estimates, schedules and execution plans.
• Participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
• Manage assigned work packages and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation and stakeholder presentations.
